The seller is Viktor Kondás / Vibe Coder's Life, a Hungarian sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), operating under the Hungarian subject-based tax exemption (alanyi adómentes). Contact: support@saymd.app.
Products
- saymd CLI (Free) — MIT-licensed open-source software. You bring your own speech-to-text API key (Gemini, OpenAI, Deepgram, or ElevenLabs).
- saymd Pro — subscription unlocking
--continue,--review, cross-language output, and project vocabulary.
The MIT license covers the Free CLI. It does not grant Pro features, trademarks, or the saymd.app domain.
Pro license
Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use saymd Pro features for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, share activation codes, or redistribute the Pro bundle.
Pricing
- Pro annual — €39/year (primary plan).
- Pro monthly — €5/month.
Prices are in EUR. Stripe may show local currency equivalents. The displayed checkout price is the price you pay.
Delivery
After successful payment, your 24-character activation code is shown on the success page. Run
saymd activate <activation-code> on your machine. If you lose the code, email
support@saymd.app with your purchase email.
Immediate access
saymd Pro is digital content supplied without a physical medium. By requesting immediate access during checkout, you consent to performance beginning right away.
Cancellation
- Monthly and annual: cancel anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Use Manage subscription to open Stripe and cancel, update your card, or download invoices. For activation code issues, email support@saymd.app.
If your subscription ends
Pro features stop when the subscription ends or is not renewed. Files you already created remain yours. The Free CLI continues to work with your own speech-to-text API key.
Refunds
saymd Pro is digital content delivered immediately after payment (activation code and Pro package access). Because access begins right away when you accept the terms at checkout, refunds are generally not available after delivery, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@saymd.app with your purchase email and we will review the case.
BYOK and third parties
You are responsible for your speech-to-text API keys, usage costs, and compliance with each provider's terms (Gemini, OpenAI, Deepgram, or ElevenLabs). saymd does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, or model behaviour.
Output accuracy
Transcription and prompt transformation can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated Markdown before relying on it or submitting it to an AI agent.
Acceptable use
You must not use saymd to violate applicable law, bypass licensing, distribute paid credentials, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
No earnings guarantee
saymd is a developer tool. We do not guarantee any business, coding, or productivity outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, saymd and saymd.app are provided as-is. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
